If you’re stuck on the “Connect your iOS device and computer via Bluetooth” screen, try these 3 easy fixes:
Fix 1: Tap to Refresh Bluetooth Connection
1. On your iPhone/iPad, go to Bluetooth settings.
2. Tap the name of your connected computer a few times to refresh the connection.
Fix 2: Restart the Bluetooth
1. Turn off Bluetooth on both your iOS device and computer.
2. Turn it back on and reconnect.
Fix 3: Re-Pair Your Devices
1. On your computer, check the Bluetooth device list.
2. Make sure the iOS device name matches the one on your iPhone/iPad.
