Before you start:
- Before using the wireless connection function, you need to use a USB cable to connect to the computer to trust the device.
- To connect your devices wirelessly, your iPhone/iPad and computer need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Fake GPS location over Wi-Fi on Windows
Follow the guide to learn how to fake a GPS location over Wi-Fi on Windows:
- Step 1 Download and install FonesGo to your computer, open the program and click the “Wi-Fi Settings” icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You’ll see notes on the interface to ensure your device is always on display.
- Step 2 Please ensure that the device and computer are on the same network. Select the device to connect and click Next.
- Step 3 Your device will automatically connect via Wi-Fi and no USB required.
- Step 4 After entering the map, you can select “Teleport Mode” to fake your GPS location.
Fake GPS location over Wi-Fi on Mac
Follow the guide to learn how to fake a GPS location over Wi-Fi on Mac:
- Step 1 First, download FonesGo Location Changer to your Mac. Open the program and click the “Wi-Fi Settings” icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You’ll see notes on the interface to ensure your device is always on display.
- Step 2 Make sure the device and computer are on the same network. Select the device you want to connect and click Next to continue.
- Step 3 Your device will automatically connect via Wi-Fi, no USB required. Once in Maps, select teleport mode and set a virtual GPS location by searching for coordinates in the location bar.
- Step 4 If you want to spoof the location of multiple iOS devices, please select the multi-device management icon on the right side of the program interface, all your connected devices can be controlled here.
What to Do If Wi-Fi Mode Doesn’t Work?
If the Wi-Fi connection is unsuccessful: You can try restarting the program and trying again.
If the program stays on the Connect interface: Maybe your iPhone and computer are not on the same network, please check whether they are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Problem that multiple devices need to be connected one by one: You can connect one device first, and then add other devices in FonesGo’s multi-device management.
