Frequently Asked Questions

There are three ways to transfer WhatsApp from Android to iPhone:

1. 1. You can back up WhatsApp on your source device with FonesGo WhatsApp Transfer first and then choose to restore WhatsApp backup to your target device.
2. 2. You can download WhatsApp backup from Google Drive, and then restore WhatsApp from Google Drive to iPhone.
3. 3. Just transfer WhatsApp from Android to iPhone directly.

Please make sure that you have enough space on your computer. The backup will not be successful if there is not enough space.

You'll see the data transferred to your phone when the program finishes converting the data to your phone. The transferred WhatsApp data will overwrite the existing WhatsApp data.

Please check the port on your computer and device. To connect to your computer, we recommend using the original Lightning to USB cable.
